We are proactively involved in monitoring IDNR and EPA regulations. We routinely evaluate them in order to better advocate for our clients and the solid waste field in general. FOX has been helping clients with NPDES stormwater permit compliance since the inception of the Phase I stormwater regulations. The promulgation of Phase II of the program lowered the population threshold for municipalities and area limit for construction sites as well as revised the requirements for Industrial facilities. FOX anticipated that many of their municipal clients and additional industrial clients would need assistance in understanding and addressing the regulations. The permitting process included writing a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for each permittee and addressing the facility’s individual stormwater needs. During the process FOX has minimized efforts on the part of our clients and reduced the impact of the program on day-to-day operations. You will find the following types of projects by clicking below: Storm Sewer Design, Culvert Design, Flood Plain Delineation, Dam Design, Levee Design, Detention Basin Design, Remediation of Existing Drainage Systems, and Sedimentation Basin Design.
